Smarty is a 6 year old beagle paralyzed from the mid-spine through his haunches. His owners, the Zimmerman’s, contacted NJAFA in January for assistance. Smarty is a patient of our friends at Delaware Valley Animal Hospital and they say Smarty is a wonderful happy little dog. The Zimmerman’s have little options left for Smarty if we can’t help them.
